We use a range of courier services depending on your location. Delivery times are generally between 3 – 5 business days for metro areas and 3 – 10 business days for regional areas. In most situations, orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours with the exceptions of custom, personalised and pre-order items.
Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. Products will be marked as bulky on their sales page.
Our couriers cannot deliver to Australia Post owned properties – this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations. This is because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.
All orders placed online will be delivered with trackable information. Once your order has been dispatched simply use the tracking ID on the chosen courier page or view our Order Tracking page.

Please contact support for refunds within 30 days, but we only accept returns for defective products, not for change of mind.
